We had the best time celebrating our bride-to-be here! The space was exactly what we needed—clean, stylish, and so comfortable for our small get-together. Everything was just as described, and the host was super kind and easy to communicate with. The location was also perfect for a fun night out and a relaxing stay in. This was such an incredible Airbnb experience! Nicki and her team were so thoughtful and responsive to us, and it was the most professional and polished Airbnb experience! From their digital guidebook to the wonderful accommodations, we could not have asked for more. 10 out of 10–would recommend! We visit Austin frequently, and will always be booking through them!!

Nicki was an exceptional host, quick to respond, flexible with check-in, and full of helpful local tips. The house was spacious, spotless, and stocked with every listed amenity, and the neighborhood was calm and peaceful. We had a fantastic stay at Nicki’s place.

The house was beautiful, had plenty of room for our family of six and was in a wonderful location. We were only 15 minutes from sea world and everything else was just minutes away. I appreciated the attention to detail; such as upgraded toiletries in the bathrooms and the coffee station was beautifully set up. Overall wonderful place to stay!! We would stay again in heartbeat.

One of the BEST Airbnb houses I stayed at. If I can give mor starts I will. The house was very clean and beautiful. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I was surprised with everything that was there at the times such as pots, pans, seasoning, etc it made our stay enjoyable we didn’t have to go out and get much. The host was very kind and responsive anytime I needed something from start to finish. I definitely plan to come back. Thank you!

It was an absolutely gorgeous home with all the comforts of home. This was by far my family’s favorite rental! The views were amazing, the neighborhood was quiet, the location was perfect, the pool was lovely and the space was beyond our expectation. You will not be disappointed.

Our stay was great. My family had such a fun time and the home is so nice! Very clean, unique and located in a good location. We will be booking again in the future and i liked the fact that its around the corner from our relative's home.

Our group of 13 stayed here for 4 days for a bachelorette. The house layout was perfect for our group size and allowed for people to relax throughout our stay in different areas of the house. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and all of the fun leftovers from previous bachelorette parties!
