A $500 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found, including odor, ashes, or residue. • No Unauthorized Parties or Events: Events or gatherings must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized events may result in cancellation and additional charges. If approved, an event fee will apply. • Swimming Pool Safety: The swimming pool does not have a safety gate. All guests agree to assume full responsibility and liability for themselves and any members of their party while using the pool or outdoor areas. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. • Pool Value & Credits: Use of the pool is considered an included amenity with an estimated value of $150 of your total stay. In the rare event that the pool is unavailable due to maintenance or another issue, guests will be eligible for up to $150 in credit or refund depending on the nature and duration of the issue.
