Great location, 15 min walk from the street cars, bus stop right outside of the door. Beautiful high ceilings, plenty of space for everyone during our girls trip (5 people). Really enjoyed our time in the Garden District area by this house!

Thank you for hosting us; your place was wonderful. The location was perfect and conveniently close to many restaurants and local attractions. The home itself had a great Austin vibe—it was spacious and provided everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately, we had to depart earlier than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, we would definitely stay here again if back in the Austin area.

Had a great stay at this air BnB. Literally a walking distance to Sloan Park. Helped us avoid traffic headaches and parking fees. This air BnB was driving minutes away from other venues, restaurants, ballparks, and the airport. Nikki was a fabulous hosts. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks!

Such a nice, clean place in a great location to stay in Tempe, Arizona. We stayed for 6 days to watch our niece’s gymnastics competition at ASU. The host was very quick to respond and extremely accommodating. The pool, hot tub, basketball, and tennis courts were all great. We would definitely stay again!

This place is perfect for large groups. All the rooms are large and most have their own bathroom. Lots of space for everyone. The backyard is great for hanging out. The neighborhood is quiet and private. We didn’t hear a thing from any neighbors or streets. We would definitely stay here again.

A great place for gathering your people. Plenty of bedrooms and fun things to do. We had a few maintenance issues, but Nicki was quick to handle them. Very responsive hosts!

The perfect spot for our Scottsdale getaway. The unit was equipped with everything possible for a great vacation. Communication was clear and easy and the location was ideal to enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer. Will absolutely return!

Overall just a great place to stay, I had no issues during the trip, and it was exactly what I was looking for in an Airbnb home. Tony and Nicki were great hosts as well with good communication and were very kind to me.

My family of 26,,spent 3 nights here for Christmas, so west all b comfortable and have sleeping arrangements..Nicki's place in Van Alstyne was the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.!!!

Stayed at Nickis for 5 days over the Thanksgiving holiday. The location was great for lots of activities and restaurants. There was plenty of room for 6, definitely could comfortably fit 8 without sharing beds.
The kitchen was suitable for making a large Thanksgiving meal, plenty of dishes, utensils, and various cooking items. The open kitchen/living/dining space was a favorite hangout for our crew.
It was nice to have 3 bathrooms for a large group. All the beds were comfortable and clean. The bunks upstairs were fullsize instead of twins so my adult kids didnt mind.
The pool table in the garage was popular, although we didnt get to the separate games room much to play air hockey or foosball.
Nicki was responsive typically within minutes and provided useful answers to our questions.
Overall, the experience was true to the advertisement and we would recommend to anyone wanting convenient access to the stadiums, Dallas Live, Grapevine Christmas markets, or Stockyards.
