House Rules & Important Information • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM • No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the home. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 fee. • Pets are welcome with prior approval. Stays under 14 nights: $150 per pet Stays 14+ nights: $300 per pet Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and preventing damage to the property. • Events, parties, and gatherings require prior written approval and may be subject to additional fees. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved by the host. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Pool and spa use is at guests' own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. • Pool heating is available upon request: 2–6 night stays: $150 7+ night stays: $300 Monthly stays: $300/month • Weekly pool service occurs on Tuesdays and may require brief access to the backyard. • The cleaning fee is included for stays under 30 nights. Reservations of 30 nights or longer require a recurring monthly cleaning service fee of $300. This service includes a full interior cleaning and requires guest access to be provided to our cleaning team. • The cleaning/storage closet is locked and unavailable for guest use. • A rental agreement, government-issued photo ID verification, and proof of primary residence are required prior to arrival. Check-in instructions and access codes will not be provided until all required documents have been completed and approved. • Exterior security cameras monitor the front door, driveway, and pool area. Cameras record 24/7 and may not be blocked, covered, tampered with, or disabled during your stay. • The pool is a significant amenity and represents approximately 10% of the accommodation value. While we do not anticipate issues, if a pool-related issue arises and cannot be resolved within 24 hours of being reported, compensation may be provided at the host's discretion based on the length and impact of the outage.
