House Rules - Check-in/Check-out: Check-in after 4:00 PM, Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval. -No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the home. A \$500 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking indoors, including but not limited to ashes, cigarette butts, burns, or odor detected by our cleaning team. - Pets: Pets must be approved in advance. A \$150 fee per pet applies. Unapproved pets will incur a \$200 fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets; any pet waste left behind will result in an additional \$100 cleaning fee. Pets must be monitored at all times and kenneled if left alone. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. - Parties/Events: Absolutely no parties, events, or large gatherings without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will result in immediate termination of stay and additional charges. - Pool Use: The pool remains open all year but is not heated. Pool use equates to \$50 per day. The pool is professionally cleaned weekly. Any issues with pool use will be reflected against its daily value. Children must be supervised at all times, and no glass containers are allowed in or around the pool area. Use of the pool is at your own risk. - Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. - Trash & Cleanliness: Excessive trash, spills, or messes requiring extra cleaning may result in an additional fee. Please use provided bins for trash disposal. - Restricted Areas: The cleaning closet will remain locked and is off limits to guests. - Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during the stay. Costs for repair or replacement will be billed accordingly. We appreciate your cooperation in following these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for you and future guests.
