We want you to feel at home at Blue Voodoo, but to keep the property in excellent condition and ensure a great experience for all, please review our house rules: No Smoking Indoors – Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Any smell or evidence noticed by our team will result in a fee. No Unauthorized Parties or Events – Gatherings must be limited to registered guests. Quiet Hours – 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Registered Guests Only – For safety and security, only guests on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Pets – Pets may be allowed with prior approval and pet fee. Please inquire before booking. Pool Use – The plunge pool & spa are open year-round. It is designed for soaking and lounging, not lap swimming. Use at your own risk. No glass near the pool. The pool accounts for 15% of the nightly rental rate. Parking – Gated parking is provided for up to 2 cars. Additional free street parking is available. Respect the Home – Please treat the house and furnishings with care. Any damages will be the responsibility of the guest. Check-In / Check-Out – Self-check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
