Downstairs features a spacious, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook up local market finds, a dining area for 4–6, and a chic half bath. The living room gives you all the cozy vibes with records, a record player, and laid-back lounge space to recharge. Upstairs, you’ll find: • Primary Bedroom: King bed + desk + smart TV • Guest Room 1: Queen + Twin bed + desk • Guest Room 2: Queen bed + desk + smart TV • Full bathroom with tub/shower combo Outdoor Space: Relax on the private, pet-friendly turf patio with outdoor seating, a propane grill, and custom Austin mural — the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or late-night hangs. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am per the HOA and city. Unauthorized guests are not allowed at the property. We do not allow campers or trailers to be parked at the property. Pool access is strictly for our guests. No events are allowed here unfortunately. There is a pet fee per pet of $150 per stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be secured when not in your presence. There is a smoking fine of up to $500 if any evidence of smoking anything in the studio is discovered. This may include discovery of ash, refuse or smell by our cleaning team or other management staff.

Please note: • The garage is not available for parking as it contains some personal items, but you’re welcome to use it for laundry access. • There is one locked supply closet upstairs that is not accessible to guests. You’ll have everything else to yourself — feel free to make yourself at home!
