House Rules Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking (including odor) will result in a $500 fee. Pets allowed with prior approval. Pet fee applies ($150/pet); guests must clean up after pets. Events and gatherings are permitted with host preapproval only and an additional event fee. Pool & spa use is at guest’s own risk. Pool accounts for 15% of nightly rate and is cleaned weekly on Tuesdays. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed without approval. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM to respect neighbors. The cleaning closet is locked and not available for guest use.
