There is a small event fee for these types of events. No animals on the property unless approved with pet fee of $150 per pet per stay Quiet hours after 10pm Venue has two half bathrooms, not full baths Venue is not automatically included in STR booking Smoking is not allowed within the venue or houses. There is a $500 fee per property impacted by smoke odor or damage. Drugs are strictly prohibited.
